Wilhelm Maaßen, the great-great-grandfather of the Maaßen brothers who operate the roasting house today, had already improved the roasting process of selected raw coffees to its finest in 1862.
To this day, the gentlemen of the Maaßen House have felt committed to this philosophy.
The hand-picked Arabica coffees are an incomparable pleasure - whether as the whole bean or ground, filter coffee or espresso.
